This is proving harder and harder for folks as we’ve moved into a very public society. We enjoy our lives in privacy less and less and our minds and spirits take a toll.

Using others as your measuring stick is extremely unhelpful. We’ve all lived our whole lives and experienced what we have uniquely to have our own measuring stick to measure our own progress against.

Care for your self-worth and ensure your right with your own mirror and not other’s image of you. This is a demonstration of self-love.
