Self-healing: An aching heart is a learning one…

We lose so much in complacency. We miss the pain but we miss so many messages and so many lessons to build upon. The heart aches for ease, for reassurance, for fulfillment with love returned. But does it know how to ease itself, create its own reassurance, or fulfill itself with love? If not, why not? The heart is a healing vessel for others, so why shouldn’t it tend to the messenger?  The messenger has to be willing to see the capabilities they have and then use them to heal their aches. Who prevents this?

Look deeply into the mirror…why do you do this, what do you gain from it?

What are you protecting? Ask this of yourself, as many times as it takes to get an answer.

And then heal yourself with love and not need it from others again. Want it from them but only need it from yourself.

I am on a lifelong journey to love myself and help others go love themselves. During our daily meditations together we can each become the bada$$ of our own YOUniverse! I will share what I have learned from a rough beginning, an onslaught of betrayals, a heap of making bad decisions, some great decisions, becoming a teenage mother & wife, joining the Air Force to support my family, and the world of transformation that followed...
Learning opportunities are at every corner; won't you join me on this journey?
